These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "You") and Obatbet ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://obatbet.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.

Obatbet is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other eligible jurisdictions. The Platform offers a range of gambling services including, but not limited to, sports betting, live casino table games, slot games, lottery, and arcade games.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Obatbet platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with Obatbet, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are not resident in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or affiliate of Obatbet or any related entity;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your gambling activity;
• You do not already hold another active Obatbet account (one account per person is permitted);
• You have not previously been excluded from the Obatbet platform via self-exclusion or by Company action;
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily and for recreational purposes.

Obatbet conducts identity verification checks as part of its KYC procedures. Users may be required to provide government-issued photographic identification (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of address, and verification of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Registration of an Obatbet account is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

Obatbet operates a strict one-account policy. Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one active account. The Company reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to consolidate, forfeit, or withhold any funds or winnings associated with accounts determined to be duplicates of an existing account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Obatbet strongly recommends using a unique password that is not used for any other online service.

You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify Obatbet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Obatbet will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Any bets placed or transactions initiated through your account using your credentials — whether or not authorised by you — are your responsibility. Obatbet will treat all activity on your account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security compromise promptly.

Obatbet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.

Deposits made via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15 to 30 minutes. Processing times are indicative and may vary.

Withdrawal requests are processed by Obatbet within 5 to 15 minutes for most requests. VIP-tier members may experience faster processing. Withdrawal funds are remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Where this is not possible, alternative verification may be required.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Obatbet does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which Obatbet accepts no responsibility.

Obatbet offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral programmes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

• Wagering / Rollover: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The specific multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) will be stated in the applicable promotional terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is typically capped at RM250 to RM500, as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10% to 20%. Specific contribution rates per game category will be stated in applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within 7, 14, or 30 days of being credited, as specified per promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
• Abuse Prevention: Obatbet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has abused the bonus system, engaged in low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, or violated the spirit of any promotional offer.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Obatbet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the platform on behalf of or funded by a third party;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or corrupt activity;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage or to automate betting activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, technical glitches, or pricing errors in bad faith;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection, or using the platform for any illegal financial purpose;
• Attempting to reverse transactions fraudulently via chargebacks;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Obatbet staff or other users.

All content on the Obatbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall layout and design — is the exclusive property of Obatbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or otherwise exploited without the prior written consent of Obatbet.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Obatbet and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.

Obatbet's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Obatbet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Obatbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via account settings or by contacting customer support.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set timer reminders to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which the account will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are binding for a minimum period of 6 months.

Closure by the Player: You may close your Obatbet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (less any pending bonus amounts subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

Termination by Obatbet: Obatbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity is detected;
• A self-exclusion request has been made;
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for cause, Obatbet reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit funds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations or where the funds were acquired through fraudulent or prohibited conduct.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Obatbet holds its gaming licence, as applicable.

Any disputes not resolved through our internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.

If you have a complaint about Obatbet's services, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.

Obatbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, Obatbet will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date.
